DURWOOD B. JORDAN

WINNFIELD, La. -- Durwood B. Jordan, 38, an employe of Carey Salt M. Co. mine near Winnfield, died at 10:25 a.m. Wednesday at the Veterans Administration hospital at Alexandria. He was a native of Jackson parish.

Funeral services were to be held at 3 p.m. today in the Zion Hill Baptist church, with the Rev. E. W. Evans officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery, with Southern Funeral home in charge.

He is survived by his wife; two sons, Monty and Marshall Jordan of Winnfield; two sisters, Mrs. Ralph Hargrove of Jonesboro and Mrs. Travis Young of Winnfield; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Jordan of Winnfield.
