Earl Franklin Roshto
Funeral services for Mr. Earl F. Roshto will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 in the Chapel of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville with Brother Nathan Luellen officiating. Interment will be in Tioga Cemetery, Tioga, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville.
Mr. Roshto, age 91, of Tioga, entered eternal rest on Sunday, March 11, 2012 at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Mr. Roshto was born on December 8, 1920. He was a member of the 156th Infantry, 31st Division of Company M in World War II. He was a Sunday school teacher and deacon at Central Missionary Baptist Church for a number of years. He was a corporate supervisor for Exxon-Mobil.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Matt and Rosa Roshto; brothers, Carl, Walter and Charles Roshto; his beloved sister, Eunice Henagan.
He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Dora Lee Roshto; children, Debra Roshto Wheeler (Sherman) of Pineville, Ronnie Roshto (Charles Stevens) of Aubrey, Texas; two grandchildren, Jason and Jennifer Wheeler of Pineville.
Friends may call at Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, March 14, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. until time of service.
