CRUM, EARL L.
Died at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, 1978, at Baton Rouge General Hospital. He was a native of Gloster, Miss. and a resident of Baton Rouge. He was a retired bookkeeper for Exxon and an Army veteran of World War II.
Body to be at Welsh Funeral Home with visiting from noon to 10 p.m. Sunday and after 8 a.m. Monday. Religious services at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel.
Survived by his wife, Mrs. Violet T. Crum; his mother, Mrs. Azilee N. Crum; one son, Guy D. Crum, all of Baton Rouge; two sisters, Mrs. Bonnie Belle Johnson, and Mrs. Ruth Kelly, both of Baton Rouge; two brothers, Boyd DeLee Crum and Elliot R. Crum, both of Baton Rouge; one grandson.
He was a member of the VFW Post 209.
In lieu of flowers friends may donate to the Greater Baton Rouge Cancer Society or Mary Bird Perkins Radiation Center.
