WILSON, EARL Born Sept. 25, 1930, in Baton Rouge, he died Thursday, May 6, 2004, at his home in Baton Rouge. He was a retired boilermaker and a U.S. Army veteran who served during the Korean conflict.
Survived by his beloved pet, Rock; a sister, Lillie Wilson Ingles; two brothers, Richard H. ``Buddy'' Wilson and Roy D. Wilson, all of Baton Rouge; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents, Lee R. Wilson and Bessie Freeman Wilson; and sisters, Myrtle Wilson Knapp Wyble and Thelma Wilson Daquanno.
Pallbearers will be his nephews, Carol Daquanno, Aubrey Lowery, Brian Wilson, Scott Wilson, David Wilson and Derek Evans.
Visitation at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday. Visiting in the funeral home chapel from 9 a.m. until service at 10 a.m. Saturday.
Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park.
