Ernest Steve Beason

Ernest Steve Beason, 72, of Hooks, Texas died Jan 20, 2005 at his residence.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Jan. 21 at Zwolle Pentecostal Church with interment following at Shady Grove Cemetery. The Rev. Phillip North officiated.

Survivors include his nieces and nephews, John and Alice Taylor, John and Janice Ragsdale, Marjorie Dessell, Floyd Ragsdale, Bobby and Lisa Ragsdale, Pamela Ragsdale, Glenda McCredy, Deborah LaGrange, Janet Dockens Lagrange and Richard Beason, Eddie Herpin, Myrtise Hersberger, Wendy Mitchell, James “Bubba” Beason and Earnest Mitchell, Bobby, Geneva and Huey Beason and Cheryl and Vernon Eggleston; sister, Wilma I Ragsdale.

Pallbearers were Vernon Eggelston, Eddie Herpin, James “Bubba” Beason, Tommy Hersberger, Earnest Mitchell, Jonathan North and Aaron Hersberger.

Honorary pallbearers were James and Brandon Heath.
