FOREST -- Edd Hill, 76, a poultry plant worker, died of cancer Thursday at home.

Services are 2 p.m. today at Union Baptist Church in Harperville with burial in Lorena Cemetery in Forest. Visitation continues until 1:45 p.m. today at the church. Ott and Lee Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Mr. Hill was a native of the Lorena community in Smith County. He was a member of Lorena Baptist Church.

Survivors include: wife, Rena; sons, Carl Hill of Philadelphia, Kenneth Hill of Forest and Daniel Hill of Lake; daughters, Marie Dunn and Sue Primm, both of Forest; brother, Murrel Hill of Pelatchie; and six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
