Edith Evilene Slaughter
Edith Evilene (Withers) Slaughter, age 80 of Hornbeck, La., died Thursday, December 16, 2004, at Natchitoches Parish Hospital in Natchitoches, La. .
She was the daughter of the late Willie Withers and the late Laura Withers.
She is survived by her Son-Marcelle Slaughter of Hornbeck, La.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Willie & Laura Withers; husband, Tevess Slaughter; and christian sister, Wilma Brown.
Several Nieces and Nephews and a host of friends.
Arrangements are being handled by Warren Meadows Funeral Home, 355 S. Capitol St., Many, La. Funeral service will be held at Plainview Baptist Church at 2:00 PM Saturday, December 18, 2004, Rev. Buddy Airhart, Rev. Billy Shugart, Rev. Glenn Flenniken and Dustin Fletcher officiating. Interment will be at Prewitt's Chapel Cemetery in Hornbeck, La.
