Funeral services for Edna Ethel Ward, 91 of Winnsboro, LA will be held at Community Memorial Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Jimmy Goodman officiating. Interment will follow at Crowville Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Young's Community Memorial.

Edna Ward was born on October 10, 1919 in Wisner, LA and passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at The Olive Branch Senior Care Center in Tallulah. She was a homemaker of Winnsboro.

She was preceded in death by:
Father-Frank Barefield
Mother-Marena DuBell Barefield
Husband-Herman Ward
Daughter-Lanette Ward
Daughter-Edna Parker
Son-J.W. Ward.

Survivors include:
Her 3 Daughters-Rochelle Baldwin and husband Ed of Leesville, LA
Martha Pierce and husband Jerry of Crowville, LA
Myrtis Bedgood and husband Ronnie of Tallulah, LA.
She was also survived by 13 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

The Pallbearers will be Bruce Copes, Dewayne Lord, Emmitt Richardson, Jamie Isaac, Kyle Lord, Matt Hale and Ron Bedgood.
