E. Earlene Williams
FERRIDAY - Services for E. Earlene Sikes Williams will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Young's, Ferriday, with the Revs. John Williams and Fred Mallory officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hale Cemetery, Baskin.
Williams, 71, of Clayton died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2002, in Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, Alexandria.
She was a native of Crowville and a resident of Clayton. She was a member of the Louisiana State High School Ladies Basketball Hall of Fame. She was retired from Wal-Mart. She was a member of Clayton Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, O.T. Sikes.
Survivors include her husband, Dennie D. Williams of Clayton one daughter, Vikki W. Sibley of Pineville mother, Clara Sikes of Delhi one brother, Alvin Sikes of Baskin and four grandchildren.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today in the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
