Edna Taunton
BUTLER -- Services for Edna Grace Taunton will be at 3 p.m. Friday in Mount Pisgah Baptist Church with burial in Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Taunton, 84, died Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2000. She was a retired seamstress and homemaker. The widow of Arnold Taunton, she was a member of Mount Pisgah Baptist Church and the Taylor County Young at Hearts.
Survivors include her children Joyce Stevens of Butler and Maurene Toole of Perry; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today in Edwards Funeral Home, Butler.
