Mrs. Lash Dies From Illness
Mrs. Edna F. Lash, 70, a resident of Redlands for the past 39 years, died in Mentone yesterday after a lingering illness.
She is survived by her husband, William C. Lash; a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Ellen) Garner, Fresno; two sons, James M. Lash, Imperial Valley and Carroll C. Lash, North Hollywood; two brothers, Ralph Foote, Anaheim and Frederick Foote, San Francisco; and two sisters, Mrs. Gladys Gooch, West Los Angeles and Mrs. Della Eleisher, Berkeley.
Mrs. Lash was a registered nurse in Redlands for a number of years and resided at the family home on Nevada street. She was a native of Clarks, Nebraska.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. from the F. Arthur Cortner Chapel with the Rev. Gerald C. Churchill, pastor of the First Congregational church, and officers of the Copa del Oro Chapter No. 142, Order of the Eastern Star, officiating. Interment will be in Escondido.
