Edward Albert Hill

Edward Albert Hill, a resident of Terrell, Route 3, died in a Dallas hospital late Wednesday afternoon. Funeral services will be held from the Anderson-Clayton Chapel in Terrell a 2 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Odie Clyde Grammer officiating. Interment will be in the Ola Cemetery.

Mr. Hill Gadston, Alabama on Feb. 16, 1896. He came to Kaufman County as a young boy and lived most of his life in Kaufman and Dallas counties. He was employed at the VA Hospital and also worked for the City of Dallas before his retirement.

He was a member of the Baptist Church.

His wife, Dollie, and one child have preceded him in death and he is survived by one son, James Lee Hill of Terrell; three grandsons, Michael, Richard, and Timothy Hill, all of Terrell; and one sister, Mrs. Maudie Gray of Mabank.
