Eleanor Lee Waller

MEADVILLE -- Services for Eleanor Lee Waller, 87, of Meadville, who died Saturday, Aug. 11, 2001, at Meadville Nursing Home, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Siloam Baptist Church.

Burial will be in the church's cemetery under the direction of Franklin Funeral Home of Meadville.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.

She was a longtime member of Siloam Baptist Church and a senior Sunday School class teacher. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Waller was born Nov. [sic Oct.] 11, 1913, in Franklin County to Erastus J. and Eleanor Jane Binion Fleming.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Ed Steele and Emmitt Waller; 12 brothers and sisters; and two granddaughters.

Survivors include one son, Arthur Steele of Meadville; five daughters, Janette Alexander of Jayess, Edd Rea Nobles of Laurel, Joyce Partridge of Vicksburg, Mary Ann Dowlin of Richmond, Va., Ginger Davis of Summerville, S.C.; one sister-in-law, Letha Fleming of Smithdale; and a number of nephews and nieces.
