MRS. ROGERS FUNERAL

Funeral services for Mrs. Eliza Rebecca Rogers, 74, were held from the chapel of Fails Funeral Home Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. and from the Latter Day Saints Church, Vancleave, at 3:15.

Mrs. Rogers was a native of Fort Bayou and a resident of Jackson county for many years. She died early Monday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mark Hawley, in Moss Point, after a long illness.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Hawley and Mrs. Leroy Tice of Rockford, [Ill?]; four sons, Willie Rogers, Vancleave, John L., Lonnie W. and Harry H. Rogers, all of Mobile; one brother, W. D. Spradley, Pass Christian; two sisters, Mrs. Riley Webb, Ocean Springs, and Mrs. Ann Roberts, Alexandria, La.; eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild and other relatives. Interment was in Evergreen Cemetery, Vancleave.
