Elizabeth Davis Schultz
Elizabeth D. (Libby) Schultz, 86, of Crescent City, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012.
She was born in Warren, Ark. on April 2, 1926 to the late Quince and Hattie Davis. Libby retired from NAS Jacksonville after 30 years in Civil Service. She was a member of the Moose Lodge, #1641, WOTM Chapter #1825, N.A.R.F.E. and a pass Eagle member. Libby attended Howe Methodist Church in Crescent City.
She is preceded in death by her very dear companion of 25 years, Gus Curtis.
Survivors are brother, Joel O. Davis of Fayetteville, Tenn.; grandchildren, Derec, Christina, Brandile, Joe Neal; great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, sister-in-law Joanie Berry, and dearest longtime friend, Rosemary Taylor.
Memorial service will be Saturday, Dec. 15, 10 a.m. at Watts Funeral Home in San Mateo, with Rev. Ralph Young as officiant. There is no graveside. Her cremains will be placed next to her late husband, Joseph W. Schultz and son, Joseph W. Schultz Jr. at Jacksonville, Florida Memory Gardens in Orange Park.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Moosehaven City of Contentment in Libby's memory.
Watts Funeral Home and Cremation Center is entrusted to the arrangements.
