Miss Faye Nash
WEST BLOCTON -- Funeral services for Miss Elizabeth Faye Nash, 34, of
West Blocton, were to be held at 2:30 p.m. today at the Mt. Moriah Baptist
Church with the Rev. J. C. Hayes officiating. Burial was to be in the Mt.
Carmel Cemetery with the Jack Lee Funeral Home in charge.
Miss Nash died Saturday night at her home in West Blocton.
Survivors include here parents, Mr. and Mrs. Luther Nash of West Blocton,
and two brothers, Elijah Ray Nash of Bessemer and J. T. Nash of West
Blocton.

Funeral Services For Miss Elizabeth Fay Nash
Funeral services for Miss Elizabeth Fay Nash, 34, of West Blocton, were
conducted at 2:30 p.m. August 7, 1961, at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church with burial
in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Jack Lee Funeral Home was in charge. Services
were conducted by Rev. J. C. Hayes and Rev. Charles Payne. God needed Fay in
Heaven and He took her to be with Him Saturday night, August 5, 1961. Fay had
been in ill health for some years but those of us who were fortunate to know and
love her knew only a smile and a kind word.
Fay is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Luther Nash, of West Blocton,
and two brothers, her twin brother, Elijah Ray Nash, of Bessemer, and J. T. Nash
of West Blocton, one niece, Janice Kay Nash, one nephew, James Richard Nash,
both of West Blocton.
Speech cannot contain our love. There was, there is, no gentler, sweeter
person.
