Ella Mae Albert Parker

Funeral services for Ella Mae Albert Parker , 84, of Newellton were held Wednesday at First Baptist Church in Newellton with the Rev. J. Fulton McGraw officiating.

Interment followed at Legion Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Crothers Glenwood Funeral Home of Tallulah.

Mrs. Parker died Monday, Nov. 11, 1996 at Golden Doors Nursing Home in Winnsboro. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Newellton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Parker, and a grandchild, Bob May.

Survivors include two daughters, Betty May, St. Joseph; Peggy Bolton, Tallulah; three sons, James Alton Parker, Colmesnell, Texas; Bobby Parker, Groves, Texas; and Billy Parker, Newellton; two brothers, Glenn Albert, Georgetown, Del.; Bryant Albert, Gretna; 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Jackie McClain, F. A. McVay, Larry Foster, Carl Tatum, Jr., Buddy Palmer and Ed Britt.
