Mrs. McDaniel

Funeral services were held Jan. 18 for Mrs. Elmer McDaniel, 72, of Carthage who died Jan. 16.

Mrs. McDaniel is survived by her husband, Irby McDaniel; one daughter, Mrs. Lois Rousseau of Lake Charles, La.; three brothers, Calvin Nail of Carthage, C. D. Nail of Dallas and Bud Nail of Houston; and four sisters, Mrs. Martha Emmerson, Mrs. Hazel Carr, Mrs. Rosie Whaley, all of Houston, and Mrs. Jess Waits of Marshall.

Services were held at Hawthorn Funeral Chapel, Rev. John Hill Williams officiating.

Interment was in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
