Eloi Hebert Burial Rites To Be Today

MAMOU -- Funeral services were to be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. Ann Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery for Eloi Hebert, 43, who died at his home in Ragley after a short illness.

Burial is to be in the church cemetery under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Mamou.

Survivors include his widow, the former Laura Clanan; four daughters, Mrs. Velda Rigmaiden of Longville; Mrs. Nelda Antilley of Fayetteville, N.C.; Miss Belinda Gayle Hebert and Mrs. Davis Anderson, both of DeQuincy; six sons, Sgt. John Sevell [sic Savell] of Vietnam; Michael Sevell [sic Savell], Anthony Hebert, Matthew Hebert, Kenneth Hebert, Joseph Hebert and Carl Hebert, all of DeQuincy; two brothers, Minus Hebert of Alexandria, Houston Hebert of Gonzales; two sisters, Mrs. Eloise Tolar of Waterproof, Mrs. Cecillia Fontenot Eunice; and his mother, Mrs. Houstin Hebert of Mamou.
