THOMPSON, EMERSON C.

Died Monday, Aug. 20, 1990, at St. Helena Parish Hospital, Greensburg. He was 85, a native of St. Helena Parish and resident of Greensburg. Visiting at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, 9 a.m. until religious services at 11 a.m. Thursday, conducted by the Rev. Pat Bourg. Burial in Robert's Cemetery, Hillsdale.

Survived by a daughter, Mary Virginia Nowatski, Corpus Christi, Texas; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by wife, Edna Gregory Thompson; and a son, Louis Thompson.
