Funeral Services Held Here Today For Rustonite
Funeral service were held Fri. at 3:30 p.m. in the Kilpatrick Chapel for Mrs. Emma B. Thompson. Rev. A. S. Newman of Vienna Baptist Church officiated.
A native of Vernon, La., Mrs. Thompson died at 9:30 p.m. on September 18, in the Confederate Memorial Hospital in Shreveport of a heart attack. She had been ill approximately one week.
Interment was in Greenwood Cemetery with Kilpatrick Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include: two brothers, Bob Breedlove of Vernon, and J. W. Breedlove of Port-au-Prince, Haiti; and two sisters, Mrs. L. B. Hines of Ruston and Mrs. Roy Bell of Duncan, Okla.
Pallbearers were Gayle Cruikshank, H. T. Richardson, Tim Harbin, Louis Frazier, Bey Barr, [Selars?] Blanton and Glen Dye.
