Downsville Man Dies In Ruston

FARMERVILLE, Jan. 14 -- (Special) -- E. A. Robinson, 79, Downsville, died at the Ruston hospital Saturday following a long illness.

The funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Mount Nebo Union Church, with Rev. I. A. Patton and Rev. R. R. Smith, officiating. The burial will be at Mount Nebo Cemetery near Downsville.

The remains will be taken to the home at 9 a.m. Sunday and be left there until time for services.

The survivors include, his wife, Mrs. Margaret Robinson, Downsville; two sons, Morris, West Monroe; Edward, Shreveport; five daughters, Mrs. G. L. Malone, Shreveport; Mrs. C. E. Holaman, Downsville; Mrs. Eddie Weems, Sarepta, La.; Mrs. L. A. Owen, Downsville; Mrs. O. M. Chapman, West Monroe; one brother, Ezra Robinson, Downsville; three sisters, Mrs. N. B. Gill, Ruston; Mrs. A. L. Williams, Downsville; Mrs. J. W. Buckelew, Linvale, Texas; 15 grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
