Erma Lee Hinton, 80, of Taylorsville, died Tuesday, May 18, 2010, at South Central Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 21, 2010, at Ellisville Funeral Home, with burial in the Hebron Cemetery. Dr. Wade Rogers and Rev. Bucky Erwin will officiate.

A homemaker, she was a member of Hebron Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mike Walley and Elberta Jones Walley; a son, Harrell Hinton; a brother, Mike (Buck) Walley.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Willard Hinton of Taylorsville; daughters, Janice McIntosh and husband Roger of Hebron, Jean Hinton of Hebron; daughter-in-law, Denise Hinton of Hebron; a sister-in-law, Delores Walley of Hebron; two brothers, William Walley of Utica and C. L. Walley of Colorado; three sisters, Gertha Williams of Stringer, Etta Pierce of Vicksburg and Faye Andrews of Utica; six grandchildren, Angela Pierson, Amy Lowe, Jennifer Breazeale, George Hinton, Josh Hinton and James Hinton; eight great-grandchildren, Cody, Stone, Landon, Alex, Luke, Emily, Kirstin, McKenna.

Pallbearers will be George Hinton, Josh Hinton, James Hinton, Keith Breazeale, Scott Pierson and Kenny Lowe. Honorary pallbearers will be Deacons of Hebron Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. Thursday, May 20, 2010, at Ellisville Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
