Ernest Bonnette

COUSHATTA (Special) -- Funeral services for Ernest B. Bonnette, 87, father of Mrs. Laura Goldman [sic Goleman] of Monroe, were held at 2 p.m. today in the Bethany Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Burial was in Bethany Cemetery under direction of Rose Neath Funeral Home.

Mr. Bonnette died Sunday in a Bossier City hospital following a lengthy illness.

Other survivors include his widow; three sons, Jesse Bonnette of Longview, Tex., Ernest Bonnette Jr., and John Major Bonnette, both of Campti; seven other daughters, Mrs. Gladys Cox of Campti, Mrs. Bessie Dickson of Coushatta, Mrs. Daisy Baker of Campti, Mrs. Thelma Collins of Princeton, Mrs. Florence Loftin and Mrs. Dorthy Green, both of Haughton and Mrs. Ellen Wood of Campi; 70 grandchildren and a large number of great-grandchildren.
