REDMESA, COLO. -- Estella Mae Ball Brady, 72, died early Thursday morning at a Salt Lake rest home of natural causes.
Born Aug. 22, 1890, in Conejos, Colo., to Elihu Kisor and Minta Ella Kirtland Ball. Married William Isom Brady Oct. 18, 1912, in Salt Lake City. Active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Held positions in Primary, Sunday School and Relief Society. Temple worker. Was co-author of the book, “The Balls of Fairfax and Stafford in Virginia,” published in 1961 and presented to several genealogical libraries.
Survivors: two sons, five daughters, Elbert W. Brady, Boise, Idaho; LaVere H. Brady, Mrs. Victor A. (Fay) Slade, Mrs. Ralph E. (Evelyn) Slade, Mrs. Clyde F. (Estella) Hansen and Mrs. John S. (Elsie) Allan, all Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Clifford L. (Fern) Bowden, Caldwell, Idaho; one brother, Fred A. Ball, Bristol, Fla.; three sisters, Mrs. Alta Boice, Farmington, N.M.; Mrs. Oscar W. (Della) Willden, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Don L. (Pearl) Walker, Farmington, N.M.
Funeral service Saturday 10 a.m., 3251-2300 East, where friends may call Friday, 6 to 8 p.m., and Saturday prior to services. Burial Redmesa, Colo.
