Estelle Taylor Phillips

BOSSIER CITY, LA - Funeral services for Estelle Taylor Phillips, 90, will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 18, 2003 at Rose-Neath's Bossier Chapel. Burial will be at Forest Park Cemetery on St. Vincent Ave. in Shreveport. Officiating will be Rev. Lane Moore and Dr. Cliff Estes, both of Waller Baptist Church. Visitation will be Monday, March 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Bossier City.

Mrs. Phillips passed away Saturday, March 15, 2003 in Bossier City. She was born in Newton County, MS. She was a retired hair dresser. She was a charter member of Waller Baptist Church.

Survivors include sons, Gerald W. (Jerry) Hawkins and wife, Pat of Bossier City and Delmar A. Hawkins of North Little Rock, AR; daughter, Linda Snider and husband, Grady of Alexandria, LA; sisters, Ada Robertson of El Dorado, AR, and Barbara Booth and husband, Perry of Homer, LA; brother, Franklin Taylor of Bossier City; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Gene Hicks, Tragene Green, Ralph Mitchell, Curt Nyland, Bob Phillips and Sam Savage.

Memorials may be made to Waller Baptist Church.
