MRS. ESTER LOU WOOD

Mrs. Ester Lou Wood, 47, Stringer, died Wednesday at a local hospital following a lengthy illness.

The funeral will be Friday at 10 a.m. from Jones Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Liberty Cemetery. The Rev. Vernon Boykin will officiate.

Survivors include her widower, Oliver J. Wood, Stringer; one son, Joseph Franklin Wood, Stringer; two daughters, Mrs. Ronnie (Brenda) Ishee, Mrs. Eddie (Linda) Ishee, both of Laurel; two brothers, Dariel McCarty, Truette McCarty, both of Stringer; and three grandchildren.

Jones Funeral Home of Ellisville is in charge of arrangements.
