GAAR, ESTHER RAYBURN

Died 11:20 p.m. Wednesday, May 29, 1991, at Grace Nursing Home, Clinton. She was 94, a native of Columbia, Miss., and a resident of Clinton. She was a retired East Feliciana School Board parish lunchroom supervisor. Visiting at Charlet Funeral Home, Clinton, 8:30 a.m. until religious services at 10:30 a.m. Friday, conducted by the Rev. Bill Ascol. Burial in Masonic Cemetery.

Survived by two daughters, Mrs. D.J. (Joe Merle) Morris, Justin, Texas, and Mrs. W.O. (Charmaigne) Montgomery, Baton Rouge; a son, James B. Gaar, Beaumont, Texas; two sisters, Ollie R. Phillips, Columbia, Miss., and Minnie Rayburn, Pascagoula, Miss.; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by husband, Ashville E. Gaar.

Pallbearers will be Willie Johnson, Mark Singleton, Francis Hunt, Billy Andrew, Johnny Barnett, and P. R. Roddy.

She was a member of First Baptist Church, Clinton.
