Ethel L. Williams, 86, of Chula Vista died Sunday. She was born in West Monroe, La., and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her daughter, Sharron Hedenkamp of San Diego; sons, Larry of Chula Vista and Garry of San Diego and Otis Howze of Meridian, Miss.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services: noon today, Garden Chapel, Greenwood Mortuary, Interstate 805 and Imperial Avenue, San Diego.
Entombment: Greenwood Bible Mausoleum.
