WALLER, MRS. ETHEL J.
Died at 10:55 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 26, 1981, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 81, a native of Copiah County, Miss., and a resident of Baton Rouge.
Visiting at Hollabaugh-Spindle Wooddale Memorial Chapel from 5 to 10 p.m. Friday and after 10 a.m. Saturday. Religious services at 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, conducted by George Arnold. Interment in Roselawn Memorial Park.
Survived by three daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth McBrier, Mrs. Frances Wells and Mrs. Peggy Price, all of Baton Rouge; a son, Preston E. Waller, Tulsa, Okla.; seven sisters, Mrs. Ruby Pickett and Mrs. Lela Williams, both of Vaiden, Miss., Mrs. Mary Smith, Hazelhurst [sic Hazlehurst], Miss., Mrs. Ellen Young and Mrs. Mattie Dees, both of Shelton, Texas, Mrs. Nanny Bell Baker, Illinois, and Mrs. Bernice “Suss” Petty, Clinton; 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Preston B. Waller, Gary W. Price, James Wells, Kerry Wells, Richard McBrier, William Cutforth Sr., William Cutforth Jr. and John Glaviano.
She was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses.
