Ethel (Dunn) Chapman Dodson
Decatur - Ethel Chapman Dodson, 81, went to be with our Lord Thursday, June 15, 2017 in Decatur.
Memorial will be held at later date.
Ethel was born on July 5, 1935 to Holmes and Gertrude (Bratton) Dunn in Grayson, Louisiana. Ethel retired from accounting in banking. She was a member of the Victory Family Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Donna Armor; her husband Joe Chapman.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Bea McWilliams and husband Randy of Decatur, Genae Bailey and husband Dale of Summit, Mississippi; her grandsons, Peyton Armor, Clay Brown; her granddaughters, Sarah Brown, Katie May, Hollie Lambert, Sara Beth Sullivan, Britney Logue, Hannah Brazeau, Katelyn Atkinson; her sisters, Rachel Cruse of Sterlington Louisiana, Kay Ellerbe of Columbia, Louisiana; numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
