Ethel Oxner McMullen

Funeral services for Mrs. Ethel Oxner McMullen, age 40, will be held December 9, 1987 in the Chapel of Riser and Son Funeral Home of Columbia with Rev. Steve Roark officiating. Burial will follow in Old Union Cemetery under the direction of Riser and Son Funeral Home of Columbia.

Mrs. McMullen died at Glenwood Regional Hospital in West Monroe, La. after a short illness.

Survivors include her husband, Willard McMullen of Columbia; two sons, Billy McMullen and Jim McMullen, both of Columbia; two step-sons, Roy McMullen and Ray McMullen, both of Grayson; one step-daughter, Mrs. Virginia Tucker of Grayson; three brothers, Frank Oxner of San Jose, California, John Oxner of Monroe and Charles Oxner of Jena; three sisters, Mrs. Margaret Crowell of Grayson, Mrs. Marie Murphy of Hebert and Mrs. Ruth Fant of West Monroe; and 6 step-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Shep Moore, Ray McMullen, Jimmy Warren, Waylon May, Donnie Johnston and James Strange.
