Emmons Services Are Held Tuesday

Funeral services for Mrs. Eula Mae Clarke Emmons, 63, of Rte 1, Lake, were conducted from Salem Baptist Church Tuesday with Rev. W. G. Cummins officiating, assisted by Rev. G. O. Parker. Interment was in the Salem cemetery.

Mrs. Emmons died at her home September 1 after an extended illness.

She is survived by her husband, O. L. Emmons, of Lake, Route 1, two daughters, Mrs. Lonzo Williamson, Jackson and Mrs. Freeman Waltman, Lake; three sons, Birden Emmons of Lake, Coyt Emmons of Houston, Texas, and Clark Emmons, San Pablo, California, and 13 grandchildren.
