Eunice Smith

Funeral services for Eunice Smith, 81, of Winnsboro were held Monday at Riser First National Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. J. Alan Miller and the Rev. Jim Taylor officiating.

Interment followed at Coax Baptist Church Cemetery near Winnsboro under the direction of Riser First National Funeral Home of Winnsboro.

Mrs. Smith died Saturday, Dec. 25, 1999 at Glenwood Regional Medical Center in West Monroe. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Winnsboro.

Survivors include seven children, Loretta Gwin and husband, Charlie; Ted Smith and wife, Francine; Sharon Carroll and husband, Michael; Kay Williamson and husband, Layne, all of Monroe; Lavada Armstrong and husband, Don; Clark Smith and wife, Helen, all of Winnsboro; Virginia Baugh and husband, Odell, Baton Rouge; two sisters, Ruby Smith, West Monroe; Myrtle Shirley, Baskin; 19 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Grandsons served as pallbearers.
