EUNICE MASSEY
Eunice Massey, 80, of Bay Springs, died Saturday, April 9, 1994 at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Bay Springs, with burial in the Bay Springs Cemetery.
She was a housewife and a life-time resident of Jasper County. She was a member of Clear Creek Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Viola and Henry Parker; her husbands, Homer Jackson, Owen Ford, and Walter Massey; two sisters, Bama McBay and Ruby Cockrell; two brothers, Thomas Parker and Willis Parker; and one step-son, Jerry Massey.
She is survived by one son, W. H. (Tommy) Jackson of Bay Springs; nine step-children, Joe Ford of Hammond, La., Paul Ford of Laurel, Cecil Massey of Escatawa, David Massey, Carl Massey and Sallie Cargile, all of Bay Springs, Exer Mae Sullivan of Laurel and Peggy Townsend and Gwin Johnston, both of Bay Springs; six brothers, Alvis Parker, Ira Parker, Forest [sic Forrest] Parker, Ollie Parker, Woodrow Parker, all of Bay Springs and Noris [sic Norris] Parker of Jackson; two sisters, Lucile [sic Lucille] King of Pascagoula and Virginia Stringer of Stringer; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Clear Creek Baptist Church Building Fund in Taylorsville.
Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Bay Springs is in charge of arrangements.
