Eunice R. Austin

WINNFIELD -- Services for Eunice Rolen Austin will be at 11 a.m. today in Laurel Heights Baptist Church with the Rev. Bob Braly and Dr. Calvin Phelps officiating. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery under direction of Southern.

Mrs. Austin, 80, of Winnfield died Sunday in Humana Hospital.

She was a native of Dodson and a member of the Laurel Heights Baptist Church and a member of W.M.U.

Survivors include seven daughters, Marjorie Mendoza of Monroe, Margaret Durbin and Jeanette Sullivan, both of Winnfield, Louis[e] Duke of Lake Charles, Ione Renaud of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, Linda Farquhar of DeRidder, Elaine Bridges, Ragley; one sister, Gladys Shaw of Winnfield; 14 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 8-10:30 a.m.
