Mrs. Eva Cobb died in Louisiana; rites to be Thursday

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Green's Creek Cemetery in Petal for Mrs. Eva Prince Cobb, 92, of Natchitoches, La., who died Tuesday morning in Natchitoches Manor Nursing Home.

The Rev. Q. C. Barrett will officiate.

Mrs. Cobb had resided in Natchitoches for three and a half years. Prior to that time, she had been a life-long resident of the Hattiesburg area.

Survivors are a son, Basil Cobb; a grandson, Kenneth Cobb; a granddaughter, Nona Cobb, and four great-grandchildren, all of Natchitoches.

Friends may call at Hulett-Winstead Funeral Home after 4 p.m. today.

Funeral services for Mrs. Eva Cobb, 93, were conducted Thursday, Nov. 18, in a Hattiesburg, Miss. funeral home chapel. Rev. Q. C. Barrett, pastor of Green Creek Baptist Church at Hattiesburg, officiated and interment was in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Cobb died Tuesday, Nov. 16, in Natchitoches Manor Nursing Home.

She is survived by one son, B. B. Cobb; two grandchildren, Kenneth Cobb and Miss Nona Cobb, all of Natchitoches; and four great-grandchildren.
