FAZZIO, EVA WHITTINGTON

Died Monday, Jan. 4, 1993, at 7:35 p.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 54, a resident of Baker and a native of Mississippi. She was a bank employee.

Visiting was held at Charlet Funeral Home, Zachary, 6 to 10 p.m. Tuesday, with a rosary at 6:30 p.m. Visiting at the funeral home 8 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. Religious services at St. Isidore Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Wednesday, conducted by the Rev. Joel Labauve. Graveside services at noon Wednesday at Colonial Cemetery.

Survived by husband, Joseph Fazzio, Baker; parents, Kelly and Lotus B. Whittington, Baker; a daughter, Deby F. Duncan, Baker; a son, Jerry Joseph Fazzio, Baker; a brother, Gene Whittington, Zachary; and four grandchildren, Dale and Jeremy Duncan and Joey and Justin Fazzio; and four grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Tony Ferrara, Sergio Morris, William Houston, John Walden, Kevin LeBlanc and Sonny Verde.

She was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church.
