RITES TODAY FOR ACCIDENT VICTIM
Mrs. Evelyn Benton Bradley Was 81st Victim of Auto Wrecks This Year
Funeral services for Mrs. Evelyn Benton Bradley, 23, who died in a local hospital at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning of injuries received in an automobile accident last Thursday, will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the Wood Funeral Home, 1806 West End Avenue, with the Rev. H. H. Wise officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet cemetery.
Mrs. Bradley was injured when the car in which she was riding with Walton and Charles Wright, collided almost head-on with a car driven by Paul S. Walton, 35, of Madison, at Berry and North Second streets. She was the eighty-first traffic accident fatality in Davidson County this year.
She was a life-long resident of Nashville and lived at 620 North Second Street.
Survivors are her six-year-old son, Billy Howard Bradley; her father, George C. Benton; two sisters, Frances Benton and Mrs. Lowell Thompson, and a brother, J. H. Benton, all of Nashville.
