GILMER -- Services for Evelyn Carol Medlin, 62, of Gilmer, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 15, 2005, at White Oak Church of God with Don Puckett and Don Points officiating. Burial will be in Old East Mountain Cemetery with Sam Goude officiating.
Born on December 11, 1942, in Longview, Texas, she died on Saturday,
November 12, 2005. She was a homemaker and a member of White Oak Church of God.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Medlin of East Mountain; two sons,
Danny Medlin of East Mountain, and Michael Medlin of Longview; two daughters,
Kimberly Everett of East Mountain, and Pam Mitchell of Longview; 10 grandchildren; mother, Bernice Stephens of Longview; and two sisters, Danell Willis of Longview, and Barbara Stafford of Longview.
Pallbearers will be Michael Medlin, Alex Medlin, Scott Mitchell, Danny Medlin,
Aaron Medlin and Chris Everett.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. today, November 14, 2005, at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.
