COLUMBIA -- Funeral services for Ezzie R. Lewellyan, 65, of Columbia were at 3 p.m. today in the chapel of Riser and Son Funeral Home of Columbia with the Rev. T. O. Arrington and Dr. W. M. Causey officiating.

Burial was in the Welcome Home Cemetery, Grayson.

Mr. Lewellyan died Wednesday in the Caldwell Memorial Hospital after a brief illness.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Janie Marteal Lewellyan, Columbia; two sons, Ezzie F. Lewellyan, Lakewood, Calif. and Ronald L. Lewellyan, Columbia; two sisters, Mrs. Annie Martin Columbia and Mrs. Mary Ruth Hocutt, Monroe; two brothers, Carl Lewellyan, West Monroe and Hebert Lewellyan, Glen Ellyn, Ill.; six grandchildren.
