FAY BRADY SLADE
Fay Brady Slade, our special wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away June 23, 1992 in a local care center.
Born July 21, 1913 in Manassa, Colorado to William Isom and Estella Mae Ball Brady. Married Victor A. Slade, January 2, 1934 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Active in the LDS Church. She will be remembered for her great love for her family and friends and for many hours of service to others.
Survived by husband, Victor; five sons, Tom, Barry, Allen, Jay and Terry; five daughters, Beverly, Sharon, Margie, Nancy and Judy; 40 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; a brother, Elbert, two sisters, Evelyn and Elsie. Preceded in death by a daughter, Margaret Ann; a grandson, Victor; 2 brothers, Lavere and Bertie; and two sisters, Estella and Fern.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 26, at 11 a.m., in the Holladay 2nd Ward, 4395 Albright Dr., 4500 So. 2145 East. Friends may call at the Russon Brothers Mortuary, 255 So. 200 East, Thursday 6-8 p.m. and at the church, Friday 9:45 to 10:45 a.m., prior to services.
Interment: Larkin Sunset Gardens.
