Faye W. Henry
Faye Whittington Henry, 78, of McComb, died Feb. 3, 2002, at her residence.
Visitation is from noon Thursday at Catchings Funeral Home in McComb until services there at 2 p.m. The Rev. Ted Bowlin will officiate. Burial will be in Hollywood Cemetery.
Mrs. Henry was born Aug. 26, 1923, in Crystal Springs. She was the daughter of Lee Eugene Whittington and Minnie Puckett Whittington.
She was a retired child support investigator for the Mississippi Department of Human Services in McComb.
Mrs. Henry was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Victor Henry; one daughter, Linda H. Ravencraft; and one sister, Eva Lee Canton.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Brenda Henry of San Diego, Calif., and Steve and Pat Henry of Flora, Ill.; one daughter, Susan Grissett of Jackson; one brother and sister-in-law, Elmon and Jane Whittington of Hot Springs, Ark.; one brother-in-law, Floyd Canton of McComb; six grandchildren, Heather Grissett, Amber Grissett, Melody Howard, Kyle Baker, Laura Ravencraft and Sheldon Henry; three step grandchildren, John, James and Jessica Ivey; and two great-grandchildren, Madison Howard and Ryan McKennah Howard.
