WHITTINGTON, FELIX

Died Monday in Centreville, Miss. He was 50 years old, a resident of Route 2, Liberty, Miss., and a native of Amite County. Religious services 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Liberty Baptist Church with burial in Roseland Cemetery, Gloster.

Survived by his wife, Mrs. Ruby Whittington, Liberty; two sons, Danny Whittington, Baton Rouge, and Lowell Whittington, Liberty; a daughter, Miss Sarah Whittington, Liberty; four brothers, Kelly Whittington, Baker, Soula Whittington, Florida, Paul and Alton Whittington, both of Liberty; eight sisters, Mrs. C. Bell Forman, Mrs. Gladys Robinson and Mrs. Dixie Duck, Mrs. Monell Smith, Mrs. Virginia Baker, and Miss Vera Whittington, all of Liberty, Mrs. Evelyn Hutchinson, Natchez, Miss., and Mrs. Hilda Mackey [sic McKey], Baton Rouge and a grandchild.
