Mrs. Curlin Rites To Be Held Here Sunday Afternoon

A resident of Shreveport for 40 years, Mrs. Florence Curlin, 61, of 5708 Kent St., died at 5:30 a.m. Friday at her home following a long illness.

A native of Angelina County, Tex., Mrs. Curlin was a member of Morningside Baptist church.

She is survived by her husband, W. T. Curlin; two daughters, Mrs. Janis Curlin Richardson and Miss Elsie Lou Curlin, both of Shreveport; two brothers, Sam Kelly, Hot Springs, Ark., and Ernest Kelly of Pleasanton, Tex., and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. E. E. Taylor, pastor of Morningside Baptist Church, will officiate and burial will be in Forest Park Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Ronnie Sayers, Glassell Davidson, Clint Perry, Marvin Hopkins, Mitch Mae [sic May], and J. E. Moore.
