START - Graveside services for Mrs. Florice (Floss) Schwartz, 63, of Start were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 18, 1989, in the Memorial Park Mausoleum in Monroe with the Rev. Fa. Thomas Flynn officiating.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home of Rayville.
Mrs. Schwartz died Friday, November 17, 1989, in the St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe.
She was a member of the Women of the Moose Local No. 818, and the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rayville.
She is survived by her husband, Arthur J. Schwartz of Start; two sisters, Mrs. Vera Davis of Start and Mrs. Bobbie Hollingsworth of West Monroe; three brothers, Billy Whitten of Little Rock, Ark., formerly of Rayville, Damon Whitten of Monroe and Lillian Whitten of Start; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Todd Whitten, Dennis Hollingsworth, Mickey Whitten, Freddy Glenn Whitten, Roger Whitten and Rickey Whitten.
