Mr. Floyd Ray Minyard, 67, 93 Ridge Ave. SW, Winter Haven, died Wednesday. He was a native of Holcomb, Miss., and came to Winter Haven four years ago from St. Louis, Mo. He attended the Innman Park Baptist Church.
