Floyd Warner

Services for Floyd Talmadge Warner, 51, will be at 2 p.m. today in Boeuf River Baptist Church with the Rev. C.T. Smith officiating.

Burial will be in Ogden Cemetery under the direction of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home.

Mr. Warner died Monday in Glenwood Hospital after a long illness.

He was a native of Winn Parish, but had resided in Franklin Parish for 34 years. He was sales manager for Commonwealth Life Insurance Co., Winnsboro District, a veteran of World War II and a member of the Boeuf River Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Nellie Hawsey Warner of Winnsboro; two daughters, Mrs. Glenda Diann Boyd and Mrs. Wanda Jean Poland, both of Winnsboro; parents, Mr. and Mrs. G.W. Warner of Winnsboro; a brother, Lloyd T. Warner of Monroe; and six grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be employees of the Winnsboro District of Commonwealth Life Insurance Co.

Funeral services for Talmadge Warner, 51, of Winnsboro were held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 27, in the Boeuf River Baptist Church with the Rev. C.T. Smith officiating.

Interment was in the Ogden Cemetery under the direction of Winnsboro First National Home.

He was a sales manager for Commonwealth Life Insurance Co., and a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Nellie Warner, Winnsboro; two daughters, Glenda Diann Boyd and Wanda Jean Poland, both of Winnsboro; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. G.W. Warner, Winnsboro; one brother, Lloyd T. Warner, Monroe and 6 grandchildren.

Employees of Commonwealth Life Insurance Co. served as pallbearers.
