FOREST H. MEEKS SR.
Forest H. Meeks Sr., 82, Louin, died Monday at the Jasper County Hospital after a lengthy illness.
The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday from the Chapel of Harrison Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Louin Cemetery. The Revs. O. N. Jefcoats and Milery will officiate.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Grace Meeks, Louin; one daughter, Helen Rhodes, Bay Springs; one son, Hollis Meeks, Houston, Texas; two brothers, Bob Meeks, Delmar Meeks, both of Louin; one sister, Birdie Roebuck, Lake; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at 6 p.m. today from the Harrison Funeral Home in Bay Springs which is in charge of arrangements.
