Frances Ione Tomme

FORT WORTH -- Frances Ione Tomme, a secretary and bookkeeper, died Friday at her home. She was 70.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at West Berry Church of Christ, where she was a longtime member. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park.

Mrs. Tomme was a lifelong resident of Fort Worth. She was past president of the Women's Traffic Club of Fort Worth and past president of the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors Womens' Auxiliary.

Survivors: Husband, Harold E. Tomme Jr., of Fort Worth; two sons, Harold E. Tomme III and Doug Tomme, both of Fort Worth; daughter, Karen Leigh Overton of Fort Worth; brother, Charles H. Rhea of Graham; sister, Pat Justin of Wichita Falls; mother, Agatha E. Rhea of Fort Worth; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
